Hot off the press…
Chef-Owner Skip Hause and Prentic Hall have launched the 5th Edition of “On Cooking”-. This fabulous text is used in over 45 culinary school programs nation-wide. Filled with basic techniques, over 800 how-to photographs and 600+ recipes, it is an excellent source of information. Fabulous Food Catering uses many of the recipes to create the delicious menu items their guests enjoy at parties.
Kathleen Doeller awarded "Lifetime Achievement Award by ISES
Applause and Kudos are in order for Director of Catering for Fabulous Food- Kathleen Doeller, who recently has been honored and awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the International Special Events Society, for her dedication, creativity and passion to the special events industry. Kathleen has produced sensational events in Arizona and California for 30 years and still has some unique tricks up her sleeve!
New Café at The Arizona Science Center
Fabulous Food- Fine Catering and Events has launched a new café concept at The Arizona Science Center in downtown Phoenix. Daily early morning sweet delights and yummy lunch time menu items are available 7 days a week at the Science Center Café.
Additionally, Fabulous Food has been added to the Preferred Catering Service list, and is already planning and preparing some awesome parties at the Center. From Proms to Weddings and Corporate celebrations, Fabulous Food is ready to plan a sensational party for you.
Wedding Incentives
That’s right…Fabulous Food is offering a special incentive for the month of June 2010. Plan and contract your wedding reception with one of the Wedding Package Dinners, offered by Fabulous Food, and receive an additional $2.00 per person off the menu price. Weddings must occur from July 2010 through May 2011.
