Current Position Openings:

Pastry Chef
Candidate will be responsible for design, recipes, conceptions, sales presentations, training, production, and service. Design desserts for casual drop off events, full service buffets, cocktail receptions, and served breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Must have a flexible schedule with night and weekend availability. Must have reliable transportation.

Catering Sales Assistant
Candidate will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona office, but a reliable transportation and commuting throughout the Phoenix Metro Area for client appointments and events is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming inquiry calls and gathering event details from prospective and current clients
  • Process client proposals and contracts for sales team
  • Distribution of Banquet Event Orders, event changes, and company memos
  • Accurately updating Caterease with data and event changes
  • Running a weekly 14 day forecast of events for the staff meeting
  • Assembling story boards for sales team client presentations
  • Writing, distributing, and confirming House Purchase Orders and Vendor Purchase Orders
  • Filing client paperwork
  • Participation in weekly all staff meetings
  • Excellent written communication skills including grammar, creative writing, and spelling.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to answer phones, process event BEO’s, distribute paperwork, file, and email
  • Ability to identify needs and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Strong organizational, detail management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Availability to work a scheduled, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. work week.
  • Reliable transportation, proof of current insurance and ability to frequently drive throughout the Phoenix area.
  • Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to provide clear, direct information as well as the ability to listen comprehend and respond.
  • Excellent written communication skills including grammar, creative writing, and spelling.
  • Ability to be self motivated
  • Ability to effectively prioritize to do lists.
  • Ability to enthusiastically lead or be part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point as well as the ability to learn and utilize new computer software programs.
  • Ability and willingness to lift, carry, load and perform physical tasks.
  • Proven record of stable employment.
