Greg Reynolds began his culinary career with a professional apprenticeship at Emily Shaw’s Inn in upstate New York and realized his passion for gourmet cuisine. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Greg gained experience at various French restaurants, the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California and established his career over the next twenty five years as a chef.  In 1995, Greg was introduced to Skip and Chantal Hause as they were establishing Fabulous Food. Greg joined the Fabulous Food team in 2004 as Sous Chef. Then in the beginning of 2012, Greg was promoted to Executive Chef. Greg brings a wealth of knowledge in Asian and Middle Eastern Cuisine.

Grilled ribeye with arugula and olive oil

Neapolitan anchovy pizza and a glass of Grenache

3) What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
Huckleberry

4) What is your guilty pleasure?
Hangin’ out in my backyard garden and by the pool

5) What is your favorite place to unwind after an evening of events?
My backyard

6) If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
Laser beam like Cyclops, so I wouldn’t need a barbecue anymore…
