Extra steps, just to be safe.

We are actively following developments of the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) and would like to let you know about the preventative measures we have put in place to help keep everyone safe. We are committed to operating under best health practices and are following the recommendations from ServSafe, the Centers for Disease Control and National Restaurant Association. We are also taking guidance from our local and state officials.

Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and employees by maintaining a healthy environment. Some of the specific steps we have taken include:

  • Implementing frequent cleaning and sanitation of our food preparation areas using approved sanitation products and digital timers.
  • Enforcing all employees to wash their hands at timed intervals under hot water with antibacterial soap for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • Requiring all staff including service staff and kitchen staff to wear gloves and masks during set-up and service.
  • Disinfecting all company vehicles on a daily basis and/or between each event.
  • Disinfecting all company equipment after each use.
  • Working only with vendors that use safe sanitation practices.
  • Continually educating our team by hosting meetings to review and communicate local and regional updates as they become available.
  • Taking staff temperatures upon the start of their shift, BEFORE leaving for a Client’s event.
  • Requiring that at the first sign of illness, employees go home and seek medical attention.
  • Requiring all employees to be COVID-19 Awareness Certified.
